Tuve qui apersonarme en la agencia para que me dieran el voucher para ingresar al reloj. En la agencia no conocian ni el horario de apertura ni de cierre del reloj. La explicacion previa duró 4 minutos. No vale la pena, es preferible comprar el ticket en la dntrada del reloj y ahorrar la diferencia de dinero

Decepcion. Por la descripción se entiende q te van a enseñar los mecanismos del reloj, es decir ver el interior del reloj y no es asi. Subes por el interior dél edificio hasta el mirador. Una decepción. No la recomienso si tu intencion no es acceder a un mirador exclusivamente

Muy mal servisio de Civitatis. Al llegar a la hora indicada a las 9:30 de la mañana a la oficina indicada en la reserva el Gia turístico nos ofreció directamente ir por nuestra cuenta al entregar las entradas. Sentimos que Gia quería deshacerse de nosotras y fuimos por nuestra cuenta. Al llegar a la entrada del reloj la sorpresa desagradable fue que hasta las 11:00 no abrían y era las 9:30 de la mñana. Para que nos han hecho venir tan pronto? Para luego no hacer ni tur??

El tour se supone que era en español y lo hicieron en inglés. Te muestran un poco de lo que hay alrededor del reloj y después al entrar vas solo. Dentro lo que haces es subir a la torre para ver las vistas de Praga que son muy bonitas. Es mejor coger las entradas allí directamente. Ves lo mismo y te ahorras dinero

The tour was supposed to be in Spanish and they did it in English. They show you a little of what's around the clock and then when you go in you're on your own. Inside you go up the tower to see the views of Prague, which are very beautiful. It's better to get the tickets there directly. You see the same thing and you save money.

La dirección del punto de encuentro no es correcta. Hemos estado más de media hora buscando, hemos llamado al proveedor y finalmente nos trajeron las entradas en la puerta del reloj. Sin ganas de escuchar explicación. Mejor comprar las entradas directamente y listo.

Regular porque ustedes dicen en la descripcion de la actividad que la entrada te da derecho a subir a la torre y a ver el mecanismo del reloj desde dentro y descubrir los puntos de interes de este monumento. No es asi,con esta entrada lo unico que te permiten es subir a la torre. Si quieres ver el mecanismo del reloj u otros puntos de interes te tienes que pagar una visita guiada

Ha sido lamentable. Nos han estafado. Eso de ver el mecanismo del reloj por dentro es una grandísima mentira, no se ve absolutamente nada del reloj solo subes a la torre como cualquier otro y no te explican nada allí dentro. Nadie nos da explicaciones, se pasan la pelota de unos a otros. Total, hemos pagado 44€ por subir a un mirador lleno de gente por el que no puedes ni pasar. No sólo eso, otras compañeras tenían otro tour con esta compañía y no apareció ningún guía. Pongo foto del "mecanismo"
