It was average. The views were nice but the commentary was poor. Not very informative at all. Would have preferred a handheld audiotour and you could pick the language so there would be more time for more information instead of having to listen to a short sentence in every language. Waitress was friendly though. Drinks are expensive on board.

It was very short and didn’t get to see anything. It went a quarter of a mile one way and then turned around and it was done.

The local provider strives to offer an activity that lives up to the expectations of all participants. We are sorry that this was not the case for you.

We were advised to turn up 15 minutes before. We did and were left waiting out in the cold for 20/25 minutes. There was a very angry man who got aggressive when anybody asked if we could get on the boat. The tour itself was fine but it was v obvious they just wanted us off to get to the next more expensive tour. Would not recommend.

We are sorry the experience didn't go as you expected. We have informed our supplier so they can monitor the activity and avoid this happening again

There was a lot of noise in the boat and the story telling on the speakers couldn’t be heard. It sounded as noise and couldn’t understand because of the changing languages explanation.
