Hice la reserva por internet para dos personas , dos días en Praga, hasta más de 18h después no tuve confirmación de dicha reserva pero el cobro se realizó. Intenté registrarme desde la aplicación y esta no estaba operativa. Al día siguiente, intenté solucionarlo a través de la oficina de turismo quienes me dijeron que escribiera un mail pidiendo la devolución del dinero, puesto que tuve que abonarlo nuevamente . Dos mail llevo enviados y nuevamente sin respuesta

I made a reservation online for two people, two days in Prague. I didn't receive confirmation of the reservation until more than 6 hours later, but the charge had been made. I tried to register through the app, but it wasn't working. The next day, I tried to resolve the issue through the tourist office, who told me to email me for a refund, as I had to pay again. La quería utilizar en mi estancia en Praga y dado que eran días festivos me informé bien si era posible utilizarla con normalidad, de acuerdo horarios con las atracciones,informadas por la colpass no había problema, sin embargo hubo un día el cual estaba todo cerrado

Todo fue exelente! Lo único qué le veo mal es que si queremos ir a algún lugar primero es ir a la oficina correspondiente a cambiar el ticket para poder accesar. La actividades fueron genial, aunque tuvimos un inconveniente, al ser sábado y al ser el Sabbat para los judíos no pudimos visitar la parte judía. Fue una pena grande ya que el motivo de adquirir la CoolPass era para visitar entre otros las sinagogas judías. Fuimos a un stand de venta de CoolPass y nos decían que era nuestro problema por no saberlo, y como lo habíamos comprado vía online era nuestro problema que no podían hacer nada. Genial porq entras a muchos sitios importantes. Ahorras dinero y puedes visitar edificios emblemáticos PERO no son 48h literal ,son 2 días ,es decir si la activas a las 10am no dejará de funcionar a las 10am dentro de dos días ,sino a las 12pm del segundo día ,por lo tanto no llega a las 48h Se recomienda activarla a primerísima hora del día porq si lo haces a media mañana pierdes medio día y se te quedará en día y medio Aún así es perfecta porq ahorras mucho dinero y visitas muchas atracciones Translate this opinion into English.

Estuvo bien, pero si vas a estar 6 dias o más en Praga debes organizarte al detalle y programar previamente todas las visitas de tu interés para realizarlas en los 2-3 primeros días, no sale rentable la opción de 4 o mas días. Para 1 semana recomiendo pagar directamente las actividades que visites, podrás disfrutar la ciudad de forma mas tranquila y sin agobios por ir corriendo a todos los sitios. Estupendo en general, aunque faltan algunas de las visitas más populares y en algún acceso obligan a sacar ticket, con lo que no evitas la cola y no sacas partido al coolpass. Viaje de 6 días y contratamos la tarjeta por 4. En relación a las atracciones incluidas, nada que decir, funciono perfectamente en todas, pero respecto a los descuentos que dice la tarjeta es otra cosa, quisimos ir a la cena con Mozart, la cual tenia un 15% de descuento y los valores indicados en la aplicación de la tarjeta, pero los organizadores de la cena nos indicaron que no tenían ningún descuento asociado, que los valores eran otros mucho más caros y que no conocían la tarjeta.
