La actividad fue genial por parte de los chicos de la agencia de Praga. Al llegar al punto de encuentro nos dijeron que no teníamos incluido el transporte hasta el castillo, pero nosotros si que lo habíamos contratado. Inmediatamente de forma muy profesional y super amables nos dijeron que no había problema y ellos lo solucionaban. En menos de un minuto llegó una furgoneta y nos llevó al castillo. Allí nos acompañó David que nos explicó todo muy bien. Ellos solucionaron el error de civitatis

The activity was fantastic thanks to the Prague agency. Upon arriving at the meeting point, they told us transportation to the castle wasn't included, but we had booked it. They immediately, in a very professional and friendly manner, told us it was no problem and they would sort it out. In less than a minute, a van arrived and took us to the castle. Sinceramente la audio guia no tiene sentido, le faltan cosas y es incomoda por tenerla en el celular. El resto normal, consideren visitar el castillo sin pagar nada porque no lo vale tanto salvo el callejon de oro.
