This tour was absolutely brilliant! The meeting point is very accessible, amd we quickly had a thorough introduction to the Second World War for Czechoslovakia. As the tour progressed, we moved through Communism in the country. Václav, our guide, was just excellent. He knew his subject, and brought humour to a pretty bleak period in history. I would absolutely recommend this tour for anyone with an interest.

Beautiful tour to see places and curiosities related to a part of Prague's history that is not covered in classic tours. Kuba our guide has a degree in history and explained to us in a precise and detailed way all the facts and events related to Czech and European history from the First World War to the fall of communism. Very nice and preparated guide, kamil is a very good guide; Keep an eye on the meeting point, because in the prenotation there is a different address instead of the correct address which you can find in the last confirmation email; for this reason I lost the meering point, but with a call I was able to keep the group 30 minutes later in a different location

Je recommande vivement la visite. Nous avons passé un très bon moment pendant lequel j’ai appris énormément de choses sur l’histoire de Prague au XXème. Nous étions avec Kamil, un jeune guide hyper intéressant et avec un anglais excellent, qui nous a fait un énorme tour (plus de 3h au final), expliquant certains aspects historiques sur les guerres mondiales et le communisme propre à Prague et que la plupart du temps l’histoire ignore ou ne reporte pas dans nos livres…. Highly recommend the visit. We had a great time during which I learned a lot about the history of Prague in the 20th century. We were with Kamil, a very interesting young guide with excellent English, who gave us a huge tour (more than 3 hours in the end), explaining certain historical aspects of the world wars and communism specific to Prague and that most of the time history ignores or does not carry over into our books….
