Fatal, no estaba bien el punto de recogida, había cambiado la compañía del bus y nadie nos informó. Tardamos como casi una hora en poder solucionarlo y cambiar el billete. En el recorrido hay pocas paradas y las explicaciones del audio guía no cuadran mucho con lo que se está viendo. Además me parece muy caro para lo que ofrecen. No lo recomendaría a nadie.

Terrible! The pickup point wasn't right; the bus company had changed, and no one informed us. It took us almost an hour to sort things out and change the ticket. There are few stops along the route, and the audio guide's explanations don't quite match what we're seeing. It also seems very expensive for what they offer. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Una experiencia pésima!! Primero dando vueltas de comercial en comercial, ya que no sabían como funciona con una reserva a través de civitatis. Después, no nos facilitaron auriculares y nos obligaban a descargar una app que es mala. Civitatis manda un qr que no sirve y me hicieron fotos a todo el email que recibí de confirmación. La línea azul resultó ser bajo reserva y apareció una furgo privada desde la que no se ve nada, sin info y con un conductor pésimo. Empresa pirata. No recomiendo

Línea púrpura sin audio. Nos dejaron "tirados" dos veces: - en una parada intermedia de la línea azul. Dieron 15 minutos para bajar pero se marcharon antes de 10 minutos. - Al final del circuito en enlace con línea roja, bajamos varias personas y confirmaron que un autobús de la línea roja llegaba en 10 minutos. Llegó otro de la línea azul que nos dijo que era el último y al pedir a la asistente confirmación si estaba por llegar el de la línea roja, dijo que ya no había ninguno y se marcharon

Pues la linea roja la hicimos en un bus de dos alturas en la que no funcionaban los auriculares el guia hablaba solo en ingles por un altavoz histriónico; la morada la hicimos en un microbus con un calor horrible pero las explicaciones de los auriculares me encantaron, la linea azul:el autobús también algo pequeño (como en el anterior al ser tan pequeño apenas ves nada por las ventanas) los auriculares y explicaciones muy bien. Fue un pequeño caos conseguir montar en el autobus ,y los autobuses , por lo menos los que me tocaron en la linea roja , un poco justos. En la linea roja , en la parada del Palacio, nos quedamos en tierra bastante gente , despues de estar esperando media hora , y tuvimos que seguir esperando media hora mas, la frecuencia muy escasa.

El autobus que cojimos de la linea Roja era muy antiguo y de un solo piso , hacia un poco de frio en su interior ya que el techo era de lona . El autobus de la linea azul era moderno pero pequeño en una parada se lleno tope y hubo gente que se quedo de pie. La frecuencia entre autobuses demasiado larga.

Realmente no merece la pena tanto dinero. El paseo dura hora y media tal y como prometen pero al menos tarda 45 minutos en aparecer el bus, tienes que tener el listado de horas que te dan cuando empieza y tenerlo en cuenta en las paradas que hagas para no tener que esperar demasiado. Por otro lado los cristales están sucios, muy sucios y no es abierto con lo que el calorazo que te pegas en importante... y para lo que te cuentan... Es mejor usar el transporte público, sin duda alguna.

Ya conocía esta empresa y me había gustado mucho en ciudades como Barcelona, Madrid o Amsterdam, pero en Praga Me costo encontrar el punto de encuentro y luego nos hicieron caminar un montón para llegar al autobús, el cual no tenia ningún logo de CITYSIGHT..., sino que era como un autobús normal, a su favor diré que tenia aire acondicionado lo que hizo el viaje mas cómodo y los inconvenientes puede que se debieran a que se celebraba un maratón. Praga hermosa ciudad. Los empleados amables.

Sinceramente no me gusto. He realizado estos tours por varias ciudades y este es uno de los peores. El recorrido es bastante pobre. Los micros hacen tanto ruido en el empedrado que no escuchas ni con auriculares. Pasa cada cuarenta y cinco minutos, dado que si pierdes uno, tienes que dar vueltas hasta el siguiente.

El peor bus turístico en el que he estado. Explicaciones escuetas sobre el servicio. La guía del autobús lo único que hacía era decir el nombre de cada parada. El audio iba a destiempo con el camino recorrido. 2 rutas, una de ella solo disfrutable con reserva previa. Muy mala organización. Lo único que estuvo bien fue el paseo en barco.

Nos sentimos estafados, que conste que ya lo comunicamos a civitatis, pues no sé si ellos están al corriente de sus proveedores. La línea roja puede pasar, aunque son microbuses y si están llenos a esperar y perder tiempo, pero lo de la línea azul fue una tomadura de pelo, nos montaron en un monovolumen, un paseíto por Praga sin poder bajar, o sea sin paradas y listo, una media hora, mejor compráis el bono del tranvía y vais a vuestro aire

La aplicación para la traducción al español no funcionaba correctamente. De hecho hubo casi la totalidad que no funcionaba directamente, esto en la línea roja. Después quisimos tomar la línea azul, la persona encargada nos informó que no había lugar. En síntesis una vergüenza. Nunca nos sucedió esto con civitatis.

No merece la pena!!!! , es lo mismo que coger un transporte público. Te descargas mediante un QR una audioguía (yo no lo conseguí) y una persona en el autobús te va indicando el nombre de las paradas que va realizando. Tiene dos líneas, azul y roja, la azul ni nos molestamos en coger. Lo único que en él nos dieron los tickets del paseo en barco ya que los tickets que llevábamos no servían. Barco nada fácil encontrar, de una hora de duración y corto recorrido. Mi opinión... tirar el dinero.

No pude realizar la actividad y la pagué. Nadie reconoció mi ticket. Consulte a todos los operadores y me desconocieron la compra además el domingo 4-5 se hizo la maratón con la cual estaba todas las calles restringidas. Imposible hacer recorrido-alguno. No obtuve respuesta. Estoy v muy disgustada. Pague por 48hs. Solicito la devolución. Les mandé fotos. Llamamos al operador y ninguna respuesta. Nadie lo conoce en Praga. Parece fraude. Seguiré utilizando Civitatis porque me ha dado garantías.

Los micros no están preparados para turistas No tienen el sistema que tienen las otras compañías por medio de los cuales se escuchan las informaciones por medio de los audífonos, hay que usar el propio celular y funciona muy mal La Atencion es malísima No entiendo cómo Civitatis no controla este tipo de servicios que contrata No me pasó nunca en las distintas contrataciones del servicio de hoy on hoy off en ninguna ciudad tener un servicio tan malo

En una de las líneas(azul) estuvimos mas de media hora dentro de autobus esperando que arrancara, los cristales estaban sucios y como llovía no podía verse nada, a parte la lona tenia un agujero y goteaba el agua... el app para poder escuchar la audio guía no funcionaba bien, no iba ne sincroniza con el lugar donde íbamos a pesar de activas la geolocalización. es una pena con una ciudad tan bonita.

Fatal, cambiamos del Big bus de otros años a este para conocer y no volveremos a usar este bus. No tenía para escuchar, era un código QR, e iba a destiempo de los edificios. El barco bien y los trabajadores de tierra bien, pero los del autobús, sin dar explicaciones, con lo que no nos enteramos de nada. Obviamente no repetiremos con esta compañía
