Description

We'll meet up at the Gunpowder Tower at the scheduled time, ready for an exciting journey to Karlštejn Castle. We'll hop aboard the comfortable minibus and depart from the center of Prague.

After a pleasant 50-minute drive, we'll reach our destination and step into the medieval fortress to uncover its hidden secrets. Did you know that this impressive castle dates back to the 14th century and was commissioned by King Charles IV of the Holy Roman Empire?

We'll embark on a comprehensive guided tour of Karlštejn Castle that will last approximately two and a half hours. We'll discover the intriguing history of the royal jewels once safeguarded within these walls, learn about the notable figures who resided and worked here, and unravel the captivating legends associated with this Gothic marvel.

During our exploration, we'll visit various outbuildings of the castle and take in the breathtaking surroundings of this enchanting place.
